Tobacco Dock can host conferences for a wide range of event sizes, from smaller meetings and business events to large-scale conferences for up to 1,500 delegates theatre-style in one room, and over 4,000 guests in total when combining with additional spaces.
Can Tobacco Dock host smaller conferences?
Yes. Alongside large-scale spaces, we offer smaller meeting rooms with breakout areas. We also have a dedicated plug and play conference space, The Dock Gallery for events of up to 250 delegates, theatre style. DDR packages are available for all.
Do you offer breakout spaces?
Yes. Tobacco Dock has 40+ breakout spaces, making it well suited to multi-track conferences, workshops, speaker sessions, private meetings, sponsor areas and networking spaces.
Can I hire multiple spaces for one conference?
Yes. Organisers can hire multiple spaces to create a conference layout that works around their agenda, including plenary rooms, breakout areas, catering spaces, exhibition zones and networking areas. Our team will be able to advise you on which combination of spaces best suit your brief whilst ensuring a considered delegate journey.
Is AV included?
AV requirements vary depending on the space, format and production needs of your conference. Whilst some AV is included within the spaces, Tobacco Dock has an in-house AV partner who can support with sound, lighting, video and staging, for keynote sessions, panel talks, presentations, live streaming and hybrid event production in line with each brief.
Do you offer catering?
Yes. Tobacco Dock works with trusted food and drink suppliers to support conference catering, including arrival refreshments, coffee breaks, working lunches, bowl food, canapés and networking receptions.
