Our in-house team thrive upon creating bespoke menus in response to a variety of briefs, using seasonal, locally sourced ingredients and offer a range of service options.
Whether it’s starting the conference day with Kale, Cucumber and Ginger Juice Shots and energising your delegates with a ‘Grab & Go’ lunch of North African Spiced Should of Lamb with Mint, Pomegranate and Feta Cheese Cous Cous, boosting the synapses with Vegan Chocolate and Cinder Toffee Brownie or impressing your dinner guests with Thyme Roasted Guinea Fowl, Black Cabbage, Heritage Carrot, Confit Garlic, Gratin Potato and Red Wine Reduction, our catering is guaranteed to surprise and delight.
It doesn’t end with the food. We offer a distinguished cellar of wines from across the globe, including several wonderful English vintages. Our team of mixologists love to create cocktails for our guests, whether it’s a classic or something more unusual. One popular cocktail this year was the Gin Collins, an elegant combination of Gin, Lime Juice, Sugar Syrup, Elderflower and Soda over crushed ice.
Need something specific? We’re adept at creating menus which cater to a full range of dietary requirements and have recently catered several fully vegan conferences and dinners, with dishes such as Thai Green Curry Coconut Broth with Black Beans and Rice Noodles and Cream Corn Chowder with Crispy Onions and Crusty Bread.
