Our meeting rooms

Our stylish and high-spec meeting rooms are available in a range of capacities to suit everything from interviews to conferences to presentations. All our meeting rooms offer fast and secure WiFi, fully adjustable heating and cooling systems, and cutting-edge screens. Our South Dock Meeting Room Suite offers a central lounge for breakouts and informal catch-ups, while the meeting rooms at East Dock have a lounge area and kitchen facilities.

Our on-site bars

Our stunning rooftop bar, Skylight, is a great extra space to take the laptop for a dose of fresh air and also a beautiful spot for entertaining clients or after work drinks. The sheltered garden booths are the ideal spot for al fresco meetings and to drink in 360° views of the city skyline. Our tenants can enjoy special rates on food and drinks at this award-winning rooftop. Meanwhile, Dock St Bar is an atmospheric speakeasy-style bar and café which serves delicious meals and outstanding coffee throughout the day. We run twice-weekly Happy Hours with a special 'Two for One' deal on all cocktails, wines and beers. It's also an ideal spot for informal meetings and can be hired for networking events or private dining.
