The main stage in the Great Gallery
The Event
A first of its kind, The Longevity Show set out to bring together leading voices, pioneering brands and curious minds from across the rapidly evolving world of health, wellness and longevity.
Combining expert insight with hands-on experiences, the two-day event gave visitors the opportunity to explore the latest thinking, innovations and technologies designed to help us live longer, healthier lives.
With the longevity industry forecast for significant growth over the coming years, this inaugural event needed to make an immediate impact. The ambition was to establish The Longevity Show as a must-attend event for the sector, creating a distinctive identity from its very first edition and a platform with the potential to grow year after year.
In reality, it wasn’t just one show, but three complementary experiences under one roof: a dedicated B2B conference, the Women’s Health Summit and a programme of headline talks on the main stage. Alongside these sat more than 100 exhibiting brands and a wide range of interactive experiences, demonstrations and activations.
Over two live days, Tobacco Dock became a vibrant hub of discovery. Visitors could move from thought-provoking talks and panel discussions to conversations with experts, networking, product discovery and hands-on experiences with some of the latest developments in health and wellbeing.
Tobacco Dock’s collection of characterful spaces gave each element its own identity while keeping everything connected within one venue. The result was much more than a traditional exhibition: it created a meeting place for a growing global community to exchange ideas, discover new possibilities and explore what the future of health and longevity could look like.
What we loved
A clear brand identity
Tobacco Dock's glass-fronted breakout rooms gave sponsors dedicated spaces they could make their own. Individual brands were able to create highly visible environments and experiences, delivering standout presence while remaining part of the wider show.
Three events in one
A B2B conference, the Women’s Health Summit and main-stage programme gave visitors multiple reasons to attend and plenty to discover. Tobacco Dock's range of spaces meant each strand could develop its own atmosphere without feeling disconnected from the wider event.
ACTIVATIONS WITH ENERGY
This was an event designed to be experienced, not simply observed. From morning rooftop Peloton sessions to ice baths and IV drips, activations brought the subject of longevity to life and encouraged visitors to get involved.
Why Tobacco Dock?
For a new event entering a fast-growing market, the choice of venue was particularly important. The organisers needed somewhere with a proven track record of delivering complex large-scale events — there was little room for experimentation when establishing the show’s reputation in its first year.
At the same time, the venue needed to add something to the visitor experience. Light, space and character were essential, as were environments that could transition naturally between exhibition, networking, talks, demonstrations and immersive brand experiences.
Sponsor visibility was another major consideration. Tobacco Dock’s dedicated rooms and extensive branding opportunities gave partners the chance to create their own spaces rather than simply occupying conventional exhibition stands. The venue’s glass-fronted rooms proved particularly effective, combining strong brand presence with visibility onto the wider event.
The variety of spaces also made it possible to accommodate three distinct content programmes within the same show. Talks and presentations could take place alongside exhibition and networking areas, while courtyards, rooftops and other less conventional spaces provided opportunities for experiential activations.
Just as importantly, The Longevity Show needed a venue capable of growing with it. Tobacco Dock offered the flexibility to create an impressive first edition while providing opportunities to evolve and expand the event in future years.
Behind the scenes, established venue partners helped bring a technically complex show together.
Tobacco Dock Food developed an offer suited to the event and its audience, including healthy juice bars and nutritious street-food options served in the open-air courtyards. This ensured the food and beverage experience felt like an extension of the show’s health and wellbeing proposition rather than simply an event necessity.
Creative Technology provided AV across the show’s talks and content programme, as well as taking responsibility for power distribution across a wide range of specialist brand activations. With exhibitors showcasing emerging products, treatments and technologies, having an experienced technical partner on site was an important part of delivering the event safely and seamlessly.
THE END RESULT
For an inaugural event, The Longevity Show made a significant first impression.
Across two days, the event welcomed a truly international audience, with more than 50 countries represented. A programme of 160 speakers brought together expertise and perspectives from across the sector, while 100+ brands showcased products, services and innovations shaping the future of health and longevity.
Just as importantly, visitor feedback demonstrated an appetite for the event to continue. 85% of attendees rated their experience as very good or excellent, while 70% said they would return.
Those results gave The Longevity Show a strong foundation on which to build — and demonstrated how Tobacco Dock could accommodate the many different elements of an ambitious new event while still giving it a clear and cohesive identity.
Perhaps the clearest measure of success is what comes next.
The Longevity Show will return to Tobacco Dock in 2027, giving the event the opportunity to build on its first edition and continue growing alongside the rapidly developing longevity sector.
